SPRING SEASON PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
High School:
Mon-Fri at the north grass fields 4:45PM until dark and/or 6:45PM
5th-8th Grade - Fields at Lovejoy High School
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4:45PM until 6:45PM, Saturday 8:00-9:30
1st-4th Grade - Indoor facility at Lovejoy HS
Monday/Thursday 6:00-7:00
In 2012, the Leopard Lacrosse program finished its most successful season ever. Every team in the program reached heights that it has never reached before and we are looking to expand and improve the program in the coming seasons. The program has expanded to be a full program from 1st grade through High School as well as potentially starting a Girls team in the coming seasons. Anyone looking to join the team, or just give lacrosse a try, please come out to a practice and see for yourself why Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in America. There will be Play Days throughout the Fall and Spring seasons so keep an eye out for upcoming dates! Please come out and give Lacrosse a try, we are sure you will fall in love with the sport!

Lacrosse, considered to be America's first sport, was born of the North American Indian, christened by the French, and adapted and raised by the Canadians. Athletes and enthusiasts of the United States have embraced modern lacrosse for over a century. The sport is a combination of basketball, soccer and hockey. Anyone can play lacrosse! The game requires and rewards coordination and agility, not brawn. Quickness and speed are two highly prized qualities in lacrosse.
Our desire is that every member of the Lovejoy Leopard Lacrosse Club program emphasize, by action and by word, the virtues of team spirit, sportsmanship, and healthy competition. All play and competition will be conducted on the highest level and develop a love for the sport and participation in all our players. Members will not be discriminated against based on ones race, religion or gender. All players are welcome regardless of skill or experience, if they are physically fit to meet the demands of the sport and meet the grade level requirement for the team.
Leopard Lacrosse has a full program ranging from 1st grade all the way through High School Varsity. We also hope to be able to start a Girls team in 2013.
